TownFare respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to upload only material they own or are authorized to use.

Copyright complaints

A copyright owner who believes material on TownFare infringes their rights may submit a notice identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, the owner's contact information, a good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized, a statement that the information is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act, and a physical or electronic signature.

Removal and counter-notices

TownFare may remove or disable access to content after receiving a valid copyright notice. The affected user may be informed of the removal and may have rights to submit a counter-notification under applicable law.

Repeat infringement

TownFare may terminate accounts belonging to repeat infringers when appropriate.

Designated agent

TownFare's formal DMCA designated-agent contact information will be published here after the service provider registration is completed with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until then, copyright concerns may be submitted through TownFare support.
